Obituary of Arnold Francis Murphy

Mr. Arnold Francis Murphy was born in Sussex on May 5, 1936; he was the son of the late Hawlie and Blanche (Coy) Murphy and husband of the late Freda Murphy who passed away in 2014.

Arnold will live on in the hearts of his children: Hawlie Murphy and Heather Mallory of Newline, Anna Flaglor and her husband Sonny of PEI, Linda Meagher and her husband John of Moncton and Darlene Murphy of PEI; his brother, George Murphy and his wife Laura of BC; his foster sister, Diane MacKay and her husband Sidney of Sussex; his grandchildren: Marlene (Eddie), Stephen (Sherilyn), Angela (William), Amanda (Chris), Kathleen (Rick), John (Angela), Danny and David; as well as several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Mr. Arnold Francis Murphy formerly of Sussex, passed away at the Bayview Special Care Home on April 19, 2018 at the age of 81.

Along with his parents and wife, he is predeceased by his sister Hilda Melnychuk (Clarence) and his brother, Russell Murphy.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). A private family service will be held at a later date.
