Obituary of Fedile LeBlanc

Mr. Fedile Joseph LeBlanc was born in Minto on February 9, 1937. He was the son of the late Lawrence and Diane (Voutour) LeBlanc.

Fedile had three passions in his life: Family, hunting and fishing, in that order. There was nothing that made him happier in this world then spending time with the love of his life, Carol and his children and grandchildren.

He loved to be the center of attention and to know him was to love him. There was not a person that crossed his path that didn't have an anecdote, a hilarious story or a wonderful memory to share about Fedile. He loved to tease and make people laugh. It was not a surprise if you left him with sore jaws and a headache from laughing.

He will live on in the hearts of his loving wife, Carol; his children: Mike LeBlanc and his wife Delores of Picadilly, David LeBlanc and Rennie Bradford of Fredericton; Bonnie Thibodeau and her husband Eric of Minto his brothers: Isaac and his wife Audrey, Earl and Junior and his wife Helen; his sisters: Mamie Bonnell, Rita Masten and Rose Richard and her husband Rodger; his grandchildren: Chris of Fredericton, Chantel LeBlanc of Saint John, Matthew LeBlanc of Fredericton, Brianna LeBlanc of Fredericton, Matthew Thibodeau and his wife Jean of Minto, Tara Thibodeau of Minto, Amanda LePage, and her husband Russ of Saskatoon, Ryan Barrieau and his wife Julie of Penobsquis, Jamie Barrieau and his wife Ashley of Trenton; 10 great grandchildren; his daughter-in-law, Christa LeBlanc of Fredericton; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Fedile Joseph LeBlanc passed away at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on May 11, 2018 at the age of 81.

He is predeceased by his brothers: Phillip, Andrew, Gerald, Tommy and John; his sister, Alice Cormier; his sisters-in-law, Elvina, Dedra and Dianne; his brothers-in-law: Borden Bonnell, Adelor Cormier and Frank Masten.
