Carol and Family - Our sincere condolences on Murray's passing - much too soon. I have fond memories of you both walking into gyms across the Maritimes to support our X-Men basketball team - it always made me feel good to see such loyal supporters behind our bench. Carol, I'm so sorry to hear about Murray. I always enjoyed going to the restaurant and laughing with Murray and Earl. I see through the video how important you all were to him and I remember how he liked to travel. The staff in Antigonish certainly respected him and always spoke so fondly about him. I didn't spend a lot of time with Murray but I liked him from the first time I met him. I wish you and your family the best and I'll be thinking of you. Brian Betts aka the Bug Man!

Carol & family We are so saddened with your loss. We will miss Murray immensely. We will miss those calls from Disney World or just about anywhere in Canada or the US and his "heh, what's happening". Murray loved it here in Fundy and always wanted to know what was happening. He was an important part of the Fundy Guild and the friends of Fundy. Although he is gone, he left behind such positive ideas and thoughts. He will be remembered fondly.

My thoughts and prayers going out to Shannon, Carol, and Michelle, Murray surely has a wonderful family and will surely be missed. I met Murray when Shannon and Jamie were married in Alma. Great kind hearted man. I am Shannon's childcare giver for her little boy Chase and back a few months ago Murray and Carol came to pick up Chase as they were in Antigonish visiting. Fantastic people. And you can see the love he had for his little grandson. Shannon and family I am truly sorry for your lost. I cant imagine loosing someone so close and dear. May god be with you through this hard time. I am sorry that I can't be there but know that i am thinking of you all.
