Obituary of Tony Verhoeven

Tony Cornelius Verhoeven of Plumweseep, passed away surrounded by his family on June 29, 2018 at the age of 91.  Tony was born on October 14, 1926 in Schijndel, Netherlands, husband of the late Martha (Spierings) Verhoeven and son of the late Harrie and Martha (van Boxtel) Verhoeven. 

He will live on in the hearts of his children: Anternetta Crawford (Robert) of PEI, Harry Verhoeven (Jay) of Edmonton, Gerard Verhoeven (Tamie) of Plumweseep, Mary Anne Verhoeven of Sussex and Joseph Verhoeven (Christine) of PE; daughter-in-law, Carla Verhoeven of Edmonton; grandchildren: Jennifer (Dave) and John (Wendy) Crawford, Michael (Michelle), Andrew (Sophie), Marcus (Torinda), Lexi, Robyn, Nico, Marcel, Larissa (Tyrell), Tony, Abrial, Spierings, Brohen and Ricquelle Verhoeven; great-grandson Theodore; brothers Sjef Verhoeven, Nico Verhoeven, Martien Verhoeven; sister Riek Vousten; as well as several nieces and nephews. Beside his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers Hein, Marinus, Jan, Gijs; sisters Dien Kemps, Anna Verhoeven and Martina Verhoeven.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) A Mass of Christian Burial celebrating Tony's life will be held from St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church at a later date.
