Dear Tente Pam & loves ones, We are so very sorry to hear of your families great loss. Your Dad sounded like an amazing and wonderful man. I enjoyed reading his beautiful tribute. Dear Kay andFamily, my sincere condolences to you. Cecil and I were away for 3 weeks and didn’t get home until late Wednesday night. I was just talking to Shirley Teakles and she told me that Ray Ness And Cecil Kilpatrick sat at the table with her mother at their Christmas Party.I remarked that Ray Ness had passed away. She said so did Cecil Kilpatrick. I felt so bad as I would have been there had I been home. I called Cecil Scullion to tell him. He asked me to offer his condolences and was so happy he had met the man he was named after. I pray your beautiful memories will bring you comfort in the difficult days ahead.

My sincere condolences to Kay and the family!
I think the first time I met Cecil was when I was a little boy and had my first soft ice cream at the Dairy Bar.I think Fred and Cecil were the first to have a soft ice cream machine and to sell pizza in this general area.He was a really likeable person and always made you feel like you were someone special when he met you on the street.He was the real estate agent that sold me the lot where I still live to this day.I will never forget him.I always enjoyed meeting him around town.

Dear Aunt Kay and Family,
Our sincere condolences on the loss of Uncle Cecil. When I heard of his passing, my mind went back to the times I spent with the family at the homestead. My visits in the summer and time spent at the bowling lanes with both Cecil and Fred. The family gatherings up at the lake and my last visit enjoying a drink and good laugh with Cecil. As an only child, both my uncles had a real influence on me.
