Obituary of Florence Victoria Tingley

Mrs. Florence Victoria Tingley was born in Sussex on February 15, 1935;  She was the daughter of the late Hector Day of Cape Breton and Myrtle (Payne) Day of Hillsdale.

Florence will live on in the hearts of her loving husband of 64 years, Perley Tingley; her sons: Terry Tingley and his wife Tanya of Hillsdale and Donald Tingley and his wife Kathy of Baxter's Corner; her daughters: Sandra Stewart and her husband Greg of Kingston and Julie Baxter and her husband Derek of Wards Creek; her sister, Fran Armstrong of Saint John; 8 grandchildren: Brandon Tingley and Keirsten Jones, Ryan Tingley and his wife Kayla, Kristopher Tingley and his wife Jillian, Robert Daly, Billy Daly, Fred Daly, Emma Baxter, Paige Baxter and Alli Baxter; 5 great grandchildren: Billy Jr, Merissa, Anna, Callie and Luke and one more on the way in August; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Florence Tingley of Hillsdale, passed away at the Sussex Health Center on March 29, 2019 at the age of 84.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). At Florence's request, no visitation will be held.  A Mass of Christian Burial in Florence's memory will be held from St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at 11:00am.
