Ms. Barbara Campbell was born in Sussex on August 13, 1925; she was the daughter of the late Heber and Sarah (Anderson) Campbell. Barb was very active in the Sussex Baptist Church; in her earlier years she saing with the church choir and was a leader for the explorer girls. As the years progressed, she became active with her church Bible Study, the Fidelity Group and the Women's Missionary Group. Barb loved to read and enjoyed sharing that with others by teaching an adult literacy group. Barbara is survived by her nieces: Lynn Godwin and Gay Lyons both of Sussex and her great niece Kelly Hudson and her husband Bill of Saint John. She was predeceased by her brother, Guy Campbell and by her sisters: May Campbell and Birdie O'Dell.
