Obituary of Malcolm Joseph Mason

Mr. Malcolm Mason was born on May 10, 1937 in the Head of Millstream, he was the son of the late Malcolm and Alice (Miller) Mason.

He served in the Canadian Navy for five years before working for MIT in Boston, Massachusetts as a Electric Utility man for 36 years.

In 1963, Malcolm would marry the love of his life, Verna and together they would share 55 wonderful years.

Malcolm had a passion for the outdoors, he loved hunting, fishing and time spent at the camp in Miller Brook. He loved his one-liners and greatly enjoyed teasing, tormenting and making people laugh. Family and friends were very important to him and he thrived off time well spent with them.

He will live on in the hearts of his loving wife, Verna; his daughter, Iris Richard (Rhéal) of Cocagne; his grandson, Albert Richard (Ashley) of Miramichi; his great granddaughter, Ally of Miramichi; his brother, Kenneth Mason (Doris) of Berwick; his sisters-in-law: Judy, Betty and Leona Mason; as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.
