Obituary of Vivienne Tabor
Mrs. Vivienne Marie Tabor was born in Sussex on September 7, 1933; she was the daughter of the late Hilyard and Blanche (Arnold) Reid and wife of the late Lorne Tabor.
She was a life member of the Trinity Anglican Church and the NB Women’s Institute.
Vivienne enjoyed time spent with her family and summers spent at Grand Lake. She also had a passion for quilting, knitting and playing cards and games. She was an adopted mother and grandmother to many.
She will live on in the hearts of her daughters: Joan Kunze and her husband Manfred of Penobsquis, Connie Armstrong and her husband Ed of Wards Creek, Sharon Branscombe and her husband Jeff of Wards Creek and Susan Sherwood and her husband Brian of Passekeag; her sister, Bernice Wallace of Fox Hill; her grandchildren: Erica McFarlane and her husband Dereck, Denise Gaunce and her husband Jeff, Tracey Howe and her husband Pat, Stacey Dunfield and her husband Derek, Laurin Branscombe, Zachary Branscombe and his wife Danica, Spenser Sherwood and his wife Emily and Mitchell Sherwood and his wife Michelle; her great grandchildren: Tanner, Lukas, Maxwell, Sophia, Isaac, Annie, Keira, Dax, Michael, Shelby, Brianna, Lexa, Nora and Fenwick; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Vivienne Marie Tabor of Sussex passed away at the Sussex Health Center on October 14, 2019 at the age of 86.
Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Lorne; her brothers: Kenneth and Douglas and by her sister, Freda.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) from visitation will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2019 from 1-3 and 6-8pm. A Celebration of Vivienne’s Life will be held from Trinity Anglican Church on Sunday, October 20, 2019 at 3:00pm, followed by the interment in Trinity Cemetery.
