Obituary of Weldon Webb
It is with sadness that the family announces the death of Weldon Maurice Webb, husband of Karen (Wolff) Webb, which occurred on Sunday, November 17, 2019 at his residence. He was born on August 30, 1952 in New Jerusalem, NB, a son of the late Kenneth and Bernadette (Estey) Webb.
Those who knew Weldon knew that he was a very simple man that did not need much. He asked for nothing. He never had a bad word to say about anyone even if he may have been thinking it. He would be the first one to stand up and give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. He had a love for his family and the outdoors. His garden was his pride and joy to him and many others around the community. One of his favourite sayings, when you asked him how he was, he would reply with "just happy to be here." He will be missed by many. There are so many memories that we all have of him that will keep him alive in us forever. Remember, if you have loved ones, do not wait until tomorrow to go see them; because tomorrow may never come.
Weldon is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Karen; his daughter, Nicole (Howard) Gillies of Lower Millstream, NB; his sons: Jason (Angie) Webb of Poodiac, NB and Troy Webb of Penobsquis, NB; his grandchildren: Ryan Gillies, Adam Gillies, Emma Gillies, Terence Webb, Mathew Webb, Kaila Webb, Trinity Webb and Scarlett Webb; his sisters: Vivian (Ivan) Hicks and Carolyn (Murray) MacDonald; his brothers: Ken (Pat) Webb and Ronnie Webb; his adopted brother, Darrin Webb; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his infant sister Wendy.
