Mrs. Patricia Joyce O'Hagan of 246 St.George St. Sussex, passed away at the Sussex Health Centre on September 21, 2010 at the age of 97. Born in London on February 12, 1913, she was the daughter of the late Stanley Gordon Messent and Mary McClurken Rea and was the wife of the late Denis James Patrick () O'Hagan. Patricia Joyce is survived by Patricia Joyce O'Hagan passed away at the age of 97 at the Sussex Health Center on Tuesday, September 21, 2010. Born in London England, February 12, 1913 to the late Mary Rea and Stanley Messent of Cobham, Surrey, Patricia was predeceased by her husband, the late Commander Denis James Patrick O'Hagan, RCN, GM and Bar originally of Wallesey, England and subsequently a resident for many years of Halifax, and Bedford N.S., Saint John and most recently Sussex NB until her death. She is survived by her three children, James Rea O'Hagan of Bedford N.S., Bryan Boru O'Hagan of Fort Smith NWT and Patricia Ann O'Hagan -Stout of Sussex; and 5 grandchildren: Erin O'Hagan and her husband Elliott Postell, Gaelen O'Hagan, Jamie Hutchings and her husband Pastor. Phil Hutchins, Paddy O'Hagan, Samara O'Hagan, and one great grand-daughter, Summer Hutchings. She will be greatly missed by her extended family on both sides of the Atlantic.
