We are very sad to hear of Verna’s passing, she was a kind and loving Embassy hall neighbour of our Mom Ann Kent. Verna would always keep an eye out across the hall and tell the nurses if Mom needed anything. We loved hearing all her family, news or sport stories at the “Golden Girls” table. We were all blessed to know you Verna, Rest In Peace.

It has be a pleasure and a blessing to have know Verna over the pass two years of coming to the nursing home and bringing her and the rest of the ladies at the dinning table that she sat at their cheese and cherry sandwich. She always had a story to tell or was interested in what was going on in my life and what I was quilting. She will be greatly missed and from the beautiful job done on the video her family will be missing her greatly also.
My thoughts and prayers go out to all of her family.
