Mr. Michael Frank Brooks was born in Hereford, England on June 1, 1925; he was the son of the late Archie and Edith (Hollamby) Brooks. Michael will live on in the hearts of his loving wife of 66 years, Marion (Gallant) Brooks, his daughter June Humphrey and her husband Steve of Saint John; his son Dennis and his wife Ann of Saint John; his sisters: Betty Wolff of Heffly Creek, BC, Myrtle Andrews and her husband Glen of Barriere, BC and Margaret McEachreon of Saint John; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. Mr. Michael Frank Brooks of Sussex, passed away on January 29, 2020 surrounded by his family at the Ridgewood Veterans Wing at the age of 94. He was predeceased by his sisters: Edith Dick and Ivy Taylor and by his brothers, Harry, William "Jack" and Alan. Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). The family will hold a time of fellowship and refreshments on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at 2:00pm from Wallace Funeral Home.
