Phyllis Anna McQuinn of Sussex passed away peacefully at the Sussex Health Center on March 11, 2020 at the age of 95. She was the daughter of the late Edgar and Florence (Hall) Buchanan. She is survived by her children, Brian McQuinn (Rita) David McQuinn (Marg) and Sharon Hayes (Greg); her grandchildren: Michelle Pavano (Mark), Pamela Lester (John); her great grandchildren: Madelyn Pavano, Kaitlyn Pavano, Conner Lester and Carter Lester. Along with her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Gerald McQuinn; her sister, Kathleen Buchanan and her brother, Alden Buchanan. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex (506-433-1176). At Phyllis' request no visitation or funeral will be held. There will be a celebration of Phyllis’ life from Trinity Cemetery in the spring.
