It is with sadness that the family of Gerald Trites, age 90, announces his death which occurred on Friday, March 20, 2020 at the Sussex Health Centre. He was born on November 14, 1929 in Sussex, NB, husband of the late Elizabeth (Wright) Trites and son of the late Lester and Ethel (O’Brien) Trites. He is survived by his daughters: Dianne Reicker, Doreen Trites; son Stephen Trites; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren: Jake (Mycah), Jessica (Daniel), Justin (Tiffany); two great-great-grandchildren; brother Aubrey Trites; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Elizabeth, son Mark Trites, brothers: Austin, Eugene, Weldon, Arnold and sister Dorothy Spicer Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) with details to be announced later.
