It is with great sadness that the family of Gordon Earl Prosser announce his passing at the Kiwanis Nursing Home Sussex NB on April 20, 2020 at the age of 82. Born in Mechanic Settlement NB on Nov 16, 1937. He was the eldest son of James H. Prosser and Marjorie E. (McNair) Prosser. Gordon was raised on the farm in South Branch and spent this entire working career with Glidden paints in Moncton NB and Halifax NS retiring in 1995. Gordon is survived by his sisters: Audrey Law Dartmouth of NS, Donna (Everett) Hamilton of Plumweseep, Helen Bryant of Sussex and by his brother, Maurice (Debbie) Prosser of South Branch; as well as several nieces and nephews and great and great great nieces and nephews. Along with his parents he was predeceased by his brothers-in-law: Truman Law and Murray Bryant. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Wallace Funeral Home. A private interment will take place at Pleasant Vale Cemetery at a later date due to the current circumstances.
