Mr. Gilbert Joseph Aubin was born in St. Andre, NB on May 8, 1931; he was the son of the late John and Addie (Pelletier) Aubin and the husband of the late Marie Anita (Rossignol) Aubin. He will live on in the hearts of his children: Gilberte Bonenfant (Laurien), Laurie – Ann Duguay, Gilles Aubin (Ann-Marie), John Aubin (Mona), David Aubin (Diane), Joseph Aubin (Tammie) and Basile Aubin (Jenny); his brother, Leo Aubin; his sister, Erma Mason; as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Along with his parents and his wife, he is predeceased by his son, Felix; his granddaughter, Mary; his brothers: Aurel Aubin, Wilfred Aubin, Arthelin Aubin and Vernon Aubin and by his sisters: Sadie Dube and Julia Levesque. Mr. Gilbert Joseph Aubin passed away peacefully at the Kiwanis Nursing Home on May 26, 2020 at the age of 89. Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). Due to COVID-19, funeral service will be held privately.
