It is with heavy hearts that the family of Clarence “Tuffy” Oris Buchanan announce his passing at the Sussex Health Center on Sunday, June 21, 2020. He was born December 13, 1957, in Sussex, the one and only son of the late Ora and Clara (Proctor) Buchanan. Clarence is survived by sisters Harriet (Fred) Liddle of Penobsquis, NB and Martha (David) Chown of Keirstead Mountain, NB; grandchildren, Nicholas and Violet Buchanan; “big brother” Russell Mitton and “little brother” Austin O’Donnell as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was also predeceased by his son, William John, his daughter, Amy Lee and sister Betty Buchanan. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex (506-433-1176). Due to COVID-19 the funeral service will be held privately.
