Obituary of Edward McMahon
Ed was born in Kingston, Ontario on September 10, 1945; he was born to James F. McMahon and Helen E. (Griffith) McMahon both of Ontario.
Ed was a retired truck driver; he was very set in his ways, he was very independent and stubborn, enjoyed cards, woodwork, golf carts, 4 wheelers and hunting. He came to Hammondvale in 1994 from Ontario and has been with Georgina Boyce, ever since;
He has one son, Eddie Jr. and his wife June of Mansfield, ON; five step-daughters: Connie Brock and her husband Chuck, Linda Guthrie and her husband Ted all of Penetang, ON, June Gunn of Cambridge, ON, Bonnie Lawrence and her husband Phil of Trenton ON, and Tammie Spraggett and her husband Wally of Hammondvale; two step sons: Jim Boyce and Bessie Daniels of Hammondvale and Joe Boyce and his wife Tammy of Bradford, ON; two granddaughters: Rebecca and McKenna; 22 step grandchildren; Dakota, Damien, Brenda, Jimmy, Dakota, Angela, Chrissy, Shane, Brock, Ryan, Richard, Melissa, Billy, Matthew, Shantelle, Misty, Jesse, Lakrissha, Miranda, Brenda, Gigget and Joey; twelve step great grandchildren; Ashton, Hailey, Jason, Tristan, Quincy, Taylor, Jayden, Logan, Jaison, Ian, Jake, Brody, Noah and Landon; As well as several nieces and nephews.
Ed was predeceased by two sisters: Vickie and Marie; and five brothers, Alex, Kenny, Donald, Percy and Jim,
Mr. Edward William McMahon of Hammondvale, passed away at the Sussex Health Centre on April 17, 2010 at the age of 64.
