Obituary of Marguerite McKnight
Marguerite was born in Cedar Camp on September 4, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Oscar and Georgie (Richardson) Erb and was the wife of the late Frank McKnight who passed away in 1982. Marguerite was an employee of Vet's Taxi for 32 years as a dispatcher. She was a life member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #53. She was a number 1 Blue Jays Fan. She also loved to knit and crochet everyday; she used to see it at craft shows and even made her own patterns. Marguerite was a provincial champion crib player and won many tournaments. Marguerite is survived by two daughters: Dorothy Arbeau of Saint John and Frances Norris and her husband George of Saint John her son-in-law Albert Fudge of Saint John; 12 grandchildren: Mark, Ivy, Deborah and Robert Beaman, Tammy McArthur, Carla Smith, Susan Norris, Margaret Ann Norris, John, Tracey, Peter and Jill Fudge; several great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren; Marguerite was predeceased by her daughter Kathleen Fudge who passed away in 2007.
