Lillie was born in Codys, Queens County on December 4, 1921; she was the daughter of the late Charles and Bertha (Bernard) Connell and was the wife of the late Michael Owens who passed away in 1997. Lillie was very grateful for the people she had in her life. Lillie worked very hard and overcame incredible tragedy in her life.
