Sergeant Frank Jory was born in Alliston, Ontario on March 25, 1930; he was the son of the late Ivan and Ethel (Harrison) Jory. He grew up in Barrie and upon finishing grade 10 in school, worked at several jobs, inclusive of CFB Borden and Ontario Hydro, before joining the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in 1952 at the age of twenty two. Frank will be lovingly remembered by his wife Harriette (Penz); his son Kevin Jory and his companion Debra of Ajax, ON. Arrangements have been entrusted to Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, NB from where visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2009. A Celebration of Frank's life will be held from the Wallace Community Chapel on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at 12:00pm.
