Obituary of Linda Melvin Stewart

Mrs. Linda Melvin Stewart passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital on November 16, 2020 at the age of 72. She was the daughter of the late George and Lillian (Fawcett) Bartlett.

She will live on in the hearts of her daughter, Annette Gregg (Tim) of Moncton; her son, Norman Melvin of Edmonton; her sister, Donna Virtue of Penobsquis; her grandchildren: Andrew Gregg (Tammy), Christopher Gregg (Felicia), Samantha – Jo Gregg (Jonathan Alberts) and Rebecca Melvin; her great grandchildren: Zoey, CJ, Mya, Hailey, Zack, Wyatt and Danielle; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Ronald Stewart; her brother, Gerald Bartlett (Freda); her half-brothers: Lorne, George, Roy, Ron and Harold; her sister, Joan Thompson; her half-sisters: Evelyn Landry and Jean Burnham and by her brother-in-law, Bennie Virtue.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the professional care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex (506) 433-1176 from where visitation will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2020 from 12-2pm followed by the interment in Kirk Hill Cemetery. Due to Covid-19 No Chapel Service will be held.
