Obituary of Sylvia Jean Harvey
Sylvia Jean Harvey was born in Hamilton, ON on August 23, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Douglas and Margaret (Black) Gulliver and was raised by Ira and Margaret (McFarlane) Gulliver.
Sylvia had a deep love for her family and friends. There were two things that were guaranteed with Sylvia – No Judgement and No Drama. Sylvia was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her role as Grammie. She had a vivacious personality and always made people around her laugh. She made friends everywhere she went.
She loved her garden. Both her flower garden and her vegetable garden She was most proud of her squash.
Sylvia had a contagious smile, a wonderful laugh and always had a sparkle in her eye. Nothing will ever replace her, but we can rest knowing she is rejoicing with those who went before her.
