I am sending my Deepest Sympathy to the family of Etta Anderson, she was a lovely lady, and I go back to when we were neighbors in Knightville. I will not forget all the great things Ralph and Etta did for the neighborhood kids, they were so kind. Etta will certainly be missed by so many. You are once again back with your family, Ralph and David, and what a reunion you will have. Rest easy Etta, until we meet again..

Thinking of you today. So sorry for your loss Mellissa, Jason, Rowena and family. Even though she wasn’t my grandmother she will always be Nanny to me as well. I remember watching Etta and Ralph square dancing and watching the slide shows of their trips away. She is now back with Ralph and David.

Etta was a grand lady in my eyes. She inspired me with her kind and loving spirit, her love of reading, sharp mind and good humour! My condolences to her Family and very close cousin Muriel who has been so faithful in visiting and caring for Etta. Her son David and my husband Ray were great friends growing up on side by side farms. In recent years Etta told Ray he was like a son to her now. I miss her too.

Condolences to the family. Aunt Etta was a quiet gentle soul who always welcomed you and greeted you with that beautiful smile. I have so many wonderful memories of our countless trips to the farm. Drooling over her chocolate cake with boiled icing sitting on the counter of that unique pantry with the peek a boo window being top of the list. Exploring all the nooks and crannies of the unique house with her blessing. She was an amazing lady. Rest Easy Aunt Etta. Special thanks to Muriel her constant and loyal friend

So sorry for your loss. There are many good memories of Etta and the family. Etta was my (Brenda) first teacher in the one-room school at Anagance Ridge in the last year it was open. The Kellys worked many summers haying with Ralph sharing boys for their labour in exchange for sharing equipment. We remember Etta very fondly. She will be missed.

We are thinking of you during this difficult time. Jack can remember all the good times on the farm with Aunt Etta, Ralph and David. The good chocolate cakes out in the hayfield and breakfast with Ralph in the pantry kitchen... times will always be cherished forever! Your Dad and I took a good many camping trips after haying season was over ..what fun we had. Lots of drives to Sussex on Saturday nights to the hot dog stand. The fun we had on the farm! Very glad I got to see Aunt Etta the week for Christmas, still had a very active mind & interested in everything...amazing lady!! Thinking of you all, warm regards, Jack & Elaine Carll
