So very saddened to hear about your Mom. She certainly earned her wings! I only knew Bonnie when I moved in next door and she made me feel part of the neighbourhood immediately. I so enjoyed our chats as she sat on her porch and I stood in her driveway postponing going to work a little longer. We talked about flowers and plants and living in the country and of course family...she loved her family more than anything and appreciated everything they did for her. I had meant to drop by this spring to say hi as I didn't get a chance when I moved in January. My thoughts are with Jim , Sheila and their families. She was a most wonderful woman and I will remember her laugh, wit, and how welcoming her porch was for people to stop by for a chat.

Bonnie was the the best neighbour. My girls brought her flowers for Mother’s Day and last year during lockdown Becca and I made homemade chicken soup and stew. When we delivered it Bonnie said come in and Becca said Bonnie we can’t. She was always so friendly and kind. We will miss her so much.

I just learned of Bonnie’s passing, and my heart is broken for Sheila and Jim and her dear grandchildren and her family! I can see her and Nev, so clearly walking by our former home on Stewart, we always had a conversation and chat about what our families were doing!
