Obituary of Ralph Burton Fanjoy

Mr. Ralph Burton Fanjoy was born in Chambers Settlement on February 6, 1937; he was the son of the late James and Eva (Carr) Fanjoy.

Ralph was a well-known man with a heart of gold and always wanting to help others, he was known for his giving nature and for being the owner and operator of Fanjoy Transport Ltd. For many years.

He will live on in the hearts of his only daughter, Judy-Lynn Fanjoy of Saint John; his grandchildren: Jonathan Baskin (Tina) , Sylvia Baskin (Greyson) , Rachel Baskin (Chris) , Robin Fanjoy (DJ) , Shyanne Fanjoy (Adam); his 11 Great Grandchildren; his brother, Carl and his wife Joyce of Millbrook; as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Mr. Ralph Burton Fanjoy of Sussex Corner passed away on June 20, 2021 at the age of 84.

Along with his parents, he is predeceased by long time companion, Audrey Lamb; his brothers: Harry (Verda) and Emmerson (Mildred) and by his sister, Eileen Hawkes.

 Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, NB (506-433-1176) from where visitation will be held on Friday, June 25, 2021, from 6-8pm.  A Celebration of Ralph’s life will be held from Trinity Cemetery on Saturday, June 26, 2021, at 11:00am.
