I’ve been thinking about you lately. Thinking about those Scooby-Doo marathons. Thinking about how we use to fry up pork chop's. I can’t stop thinking about how I never got to say goodbye. John you were such a great friend. Always willing to listen and always telling jokes. I will miss our trips to Tims and yard saling. Will miss you dear friend.

I met John in our heart group in 2016. He helped me through some Ruff days, always made me smile and feel better. RIP, my friend. I sure will miss our conversations ❤️.

This is cody my son who was born with autism john loved and protected him as cody was his own. Cody would say mom john loves me just the way I am. Cody and john became good friends. Cody loved john like he was his own dad . When I had to tell cody of john's passing I could not see how but once I found the words this is what cody said "momma is there video chat in heaven" cody sure going miss you thanks for loving and protecting cody all these years. I am sure there is a special award waiting for you. Thanks for all you did for cody. With a broken heart steph

Aww Steph I know how much Cody and John was like father and son and Cody has a big heart and so did John they both loved each other so much but he always made cry or laugh
