Dear Christina, Dennis and Family,
Christina, I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of your Mum. I knew she was getting up in years and she lived a very long, wonderful and full filling life and she was a very busy lady as you had mentioned to me several times when I was your patient. My Mum was also the last surviving member of her family of 8 children when she passed in November, 2017 at the age of 94. I also lost my Dad in February, 2014 at the age of 95 1/2 years. You will certainly miss her and your life will never be the same. Your Mum & Dad shared the same passion of being farmers as my Mum & Dad also did. I see you have a Grand Child now congratulations !! My thoughts and prayers and sincere sympathy is extended to you and all the family at this sad time. I have been thinking of you over the last few months and would love to chat with you. Keep your Mum's memories alive and look at pictures and family gathering to console your soul. I am totally lost with out my Mum as it left such a huge void in my heart, life and soul. June, you were a beautiful, gracious soul and will be missed by many. Many great memories of the family farm as a child and being a 'townie' my first encounter with an outhouse! Dear Cousins Lorraine, Stella, Walter, Christina and family: I will remember fondly, in my heart, the many times I spent up on the farm. Aunt June always set a wonderful table full of happy banter. She was patient and inviting. Later years my family would get surprise boxes of various knits. Even recently, I was given a crochet throw I will treasure always. When Mom and I, or any other relative would arrive, either by arrangement or drop in, there was always tea and treats. Aunt June will leave a legacy of family and hospitality. I will miss her.
