Ethel was born in Lewis Town on June 21, 1929, she was the daughter of the late James and Melvina Pearl (Dobson) Melvin and was the wife of the late Jerry Bulger who passed away in 1989. She is survived by two daughters: Joyce Mowry and her husband Richard, Debbie Leonard all of Ottawa; three sons: Steven and his wife Debbie of Ottawa, Lloyd of Sussex, Raymond and his wife Kathy of North Bay, Ontario, her brother, Ralph Melvin of London, Ontario, two sisters: Flora Keith and her husband Anisley of Sussex, Minnie Rouse of Petitcodiac; eight grandchildren: Michael, Jennifer, Alison, Guy, Christopher, Katie, Samantha, Sarah; two great grandchildren: Leah and Cassandra; as well as several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Ethel Mae Bulger of Pleasant Avenue Sussex passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital on April 1, 2009 in her 80th year.
