My girls and I never knew Todd's story but we would always see him walking around and he became a legend to us so to speak. He was walking almost every time we went out. Not too long ago we were commenting how long it had been since we had seen him and wondered if he had moved to another town. My middle daughter said to me when I told them of his passing " I wish he knew how much Joy he had brought to our family". We are so deeply saddened to hear of his passing and extend our deepest condolences to his family. He will always be a "walking legend" to us!
