We wish to offer our condolences to the McFarland family. We have fond memories of our time in Sussex and spending time with Clarence and Madeline.I started my career working for Clarence, and the lessons learned from him are memorable. Through his gestures and words he taught me how to respect everyone, rely of their talents, and how to lead through challenging situations. I think of Clarence often and how kind a person he was.

Sincere condolences to all Clarence's family and friends. I know personally what a true and loyal friend Clarence was.
I know as well, how much he loved his children and grandchildren, was so proud of their accomplishments and I have witnessed that love being returned many times over.
I believe this world was a better place because Clarence lived in it.

To Carlene, Barb, Cathy, Ann and family,
I want to pass along my condolences to you all at this time. The world has lost a most beautiful person and I can only imagine your sadness as you come together right now. I also can imagine all the wonderful stories that you are recounting of the great times you had together and love that you shared.
Of course most of my memories of Mr. McFarland are also connected to memories of my Dad and times shared around Remembrance Day events. But I do have some that go even further back, like being taken on my very first skidoo ride out at Schoales Dam and counting the rings on a massive felled pine tree to determine its age. Most of all though, I will always remember his kind, warm smile!
I’m thinking of you all and sending love, Mary McKay Keith
