Obituary of Doug Jeffers

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Mr. R. Douglas Jeffers announce his passing at the St. Joseph’s Hospital on November 21, 2021 at the age of 74. He was the son of the late Roland and Eleanor (Clarke) Jeffers.

He will live on in the hearts of his loving wife, Jacqueline; his children: Paula Sears (Brad), Amy Jeffers (Chris Lariviere), Bill Jeffers (Jennifer), Karen D’entremont (Jason), Andrea Gallant (Chris) and Amy Fuller (Cory); his sister, Debbie Furrow; his grandchildren: Sarah Jeffers (Danny Selman), Hailey Jeffers, Zoe Hughes, Wyatt Jeffers, Curtis D’entremont, Matthew D’entremont and Brandyn Fuller and by his nephew, Tony Roblee.

Along with his parents, he is predeceased by his brother, William Jeffers.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), from where visitation will be held on Thursday, November 25, 2021 from 1-3 and 6-8pm. A Celebration of Doug’s life will be held from Wallace Community Chapel on Friday, November 26, 2021 at 2:00pm.  Due to the recent COVID-19 regulations, Proof of NB Identification and Vaccination must be provided for entry and masks are mandatory.
