Very sorry indeed to learn of Georgie’s passing. She was such an elegant lady, exceptionally smart and talented. When I arrived at the Anglican Parish Georgie was the first person to welcome me into her home. She was so helpful in letting me know who lived in the Parish and where. She was extremely supportive and very faithful in God’s Church and in her regular worship. Once again the Church of the Ascension in Apohaqui has lost a pillar of strength. May her mark there ever live on as a memorial to her faith and contribution. To all of Georgie ‘s family sincere and deepest sympathy.

Lois, Roy, Margaret, and all family members.. Bruce and I extend our sincere sympathies...I will miss stopping in to visit with Georgie, in her Apohaqui home, not too far away from our Church of the Ascension. We talked fairly often about 'goings on' in the church and of course ACW. We Apohaqui ACW would meet often at Georgie's home, always warmed with a cup of tea. She was dedicated to her church, and ministers learned she knew her Bible well.
