Gordie was a lovely neighbour! It was inspiring to see how family came together and supported him. He was a quiet soul and didn’t get to speak with him much, but I could always count on a wave and a smile as he drove by. May he rest in peace and reunite with his beloved wife! Thinking of the family and sending prayers.

Gordie was a sweet soul. I always enjoyed when he came in with the milk delivery when I worked at Coop Grocery store. He was always greeting you with a pleasant smile and once he got to know you he’d share a story or two. I was saddened to hear of his passing. I am so sorry for your loss. I met Gordie through working with Linda, he was a very nice man.
I was shopping one day & we ended up in the same check out line. Gordie was ahead of me & turned around to say hello. When he seen the jug of milk in my cart he said," I see you are buying the good kind". I said," of course I always buy Northumberland it's the best". We both laughed because Gordie worked for them at the time. He sure loved his family & friends.
