Meredith welcomed my son Liam into her home for after school care when he was in kindergarten in 2015. I was so excited and relieved to have finally found Meredith. We had very similar parenting styles and education background. Liam was happy to go to your home after school each day. He still remembers playing with Pokemon cards with Rowan and Daniel. I will never forget the day she told me of her diagnosis and that she would no longer be able to take care of Liam. My heart broke for her that day as I cried for her in my van in her driveway, like my heart breaks again today for her family she leaves behind. I would thoroughly enjoy our conversations about our children when I would see her at the library, love hearing about Daniels successes in running and Rowans dancing. She was wonderful, genuine, caring, and kind. She made a difference in our lives. I know my younger children would have loved her preschool program.
Andrew, Rowan, and Daniel you are in my thoughts and prayers.
