It is with great sadness the family of Ralph Wiggins announces his passing at the Oromocto Hospital on May 18, 2012. Ralph was born in Coles Island, NB on May 7, 1938, the son of the late Lawrence and Millie (nee Northrup) Wiggins. Survived by his wife of 50 years, Fay Wiggins (nee Smallwood); his children: Brenda (Howard Reese), Brian (Lori), and Tracy (Paul) Jardine; his granddaughter, Taylor Wiggins; his sister, Winnifred Trecartin; as well as by several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Virginia Knox. Ralph was a wonderful, loving husband, father, grandfather and friend, and will be remembered for his quick wit and sense of humour, and will be sadly missed by all who knew him. In keeping with Ralph’s wishes, there will be no formal visitation. A private family interment will take place. There will be a reception at the Coles Island Lions Club at 2:00 pm on Monday May 21, 2012. For those who wish, remembrances to the Youngs Cove United Church Cemetery Fund would be appreciated.
