Dear Jan and family,It was with emotion that I read of Charles's death. Such fond memories of him at the Tea Room. Always such a pleasure to have him visit the Tea Room for lunch. How he loved the chocolate cake with the boiled icing. Dawn has been in Florida. On her way home as I write this note. We will drop in some day and see you. Remember seeing the beautiful wedding picture of you and Charles. The beautiful young bride with the lovely bouquet standing next to her dashing young groom in uniform. It was one of those pictures that spoke a thousand words. The war, the young couple in love, the wedding and the hopes and dreams for the future. The picture said it all and the years you shared made it a reality. Thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Judy McAllister
