The family of Beulah S. (nee Goddard) Forsythe sadly announce her passing on Sunday, August 30, 2015 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in South Branch on September 7, 1930, Beulah was a daughter to Welton and Birdie (nee Smith) Goddard and the loving wife to Allison Forsythe. Besides her husband Allison, Beulah is survived by her daughter, Michelle Forsythe (Dan) of Sussex; her grandson Jay Miller (Laisia); sister Vivian Williamson; brother Arthur Goddard; sisters-in-law: Phyllis Cunningham (Ernest), Kay Coone (Kenny) and Joyce Fanjoy(Carl); as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Besides her parents, Beulah was predeceased by her daughter Noreen Forsythe Dugan in 2014; sisters: Margaret Dunfield (Don), Mary Shea (Abbin), Laura Bradley (Fred) and Jean Buchanan (Doug); brother Charles Goddard (Jessie); sister-in-law Noreen Forsythe and brothers-in-law: Thomas (Mary), Douglas and Lawrence Forsythe. Arrangements have been entrusted to the professional care of Sussex Select Community Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 from 5-8pm and the funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 3, at 11:00am, with Jeanette Cosman presiding, all in the Sussex Select Funeral Chapel. Interment will be held in the Trinity Cemetery. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation the Diabetes Association or the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
