Agnes was born in Lower Millstream on July 20, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Jesse and Gladys (Hicks) Holmes and was the wife of the late Harry Linden who passed away in 1998. Agnes is survived by two daughters: Wanda Linden of Saint John and Anne Cook of Lower Millstream; her brother, John Holmes of Saint John; three sisters: Beulah Tugnette and her husband Harry of Ontario, Helen Hilden of Norton and Flora Mitchell of Victoria, BC; her granddaughter, Codi-Jo Cook of Salisbury; as well as several nieces and nephews. Agnes was also predeceased by her son, David, two brothers: Wendell and Harold Holmes; her grandson, Alex Cook. Mrs. Agnes M. Linden of Kiwanis Nursing Home formerly of Lower Millstream passed away at the Sussex Health Centre on December 27, 2008 at the age of 80.
