The death of Oscar Merlyn Anderson of Sussex occurred March 31, 2007 at the Sussex Health Centre at the age of 79. Born at Walker Settlement, NB a son of the late John and Mabel (Cunningham) Anderson. Oscar is survived by his daughter Marilyn Wynn (Kevan), son Donald Anderson, both of Sussex, granddaughters Katelyn and Rebecca Wynn, sisters June Tabor of Sussex, Laura Wilkins of Sussex Corner and Irene Dalling (Edward) of Rockville. He was predeceased by his brothers; Edgar, Harry, Curtis and Earle. The family will receive visitors at the Sussex Select Community Funeral Home, 21 Aiton Road Sussex (506-433-2133) on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9PM. The Orange Lodge will hold a Tribute Tuesday evening at 6:45PM. The funeral service will be held Wednesday April 4, 2007 at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment will take place at Trinity Cemetery, Sussex Corner. As expressions of sympathy donations made to the charity of donor’s choice would be appreciated.
