The death of Judith Ann Chestnut of Sussex occurred suddenly on March 26, 2006. Born at Halifax, NS, a daughter of Harry "Jake" Paul Secord and the late Audrey (Marr) Secord. Judith is survived by her husband Stephen L. Chestnut, children; Josh Chestnut (Melanie), Fort McMurray, Melissa Chestnut, Sussex and Paul Chestnut, Sussex, one granddaughter Taylor, sisters; Marilyn Trenholm (Barry), Barbara Polley (Gerald) and Wendy Secord (Robert Peters), brother Leslie Secord and several nieces and nephews and close friends Kathy Troy (Brian), Susan Miner (Albert) and Robert Chestnut. She was predeceased by her mother and brothers Harry Paul Secord Jr. and Daniel Secord. The family will receive visitors at the Sussex Select Community Funeral Home, 21 Aiton Road, Sussex (506-433-2133) on Wednesday from 6-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 30, 2006 at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be at Evergreen Memorial Park, Sussex.
