The death of Charles Henry Carhart occurred on May 26, 2005 at the Sussex Health Center. He was born at Cornwall, England a son of the late Thomas and Emily (Yates) Carhart. He is survived by three children, brothers Ronald “Roy” of Sussex, Leonard of Carsonville, Murray of Roachville, William “Bill” of Sussex and Edward “Buck” (Barb) of Carsonville, sisters Gladys Donovan of Sussex, Ida McKnight of Sussex and Ruth Rouse (Harold) of Carsonville and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a son, a daughter, sisters Joyce Doyle and Elizabeth Douthwright and a brother Thomas Carhart. The family will receive visitors at the Sussex Select Community Funeral Home, 21 Aiton Road, Sussex (506-433-2133) on Saturday from 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 29, 2005 at 2:00 PM at the funeral home chapel with Reverend David Barrett officiating. Interment will take place at the Carsonville Cemetery. Donations made to the Sussex Health Center Dialysis Unit would be appreciated by the family.
