Earle Wayne Jeffrey, 73, Earle’s family regret to announce his passing at the Saint John Regional Hospital on March 14, 2012. Born in Sussex, he was the son of the late Roland and Audrey (nee Myers) Jeffrey. He was a member of the Silverado’s Men’s Group, and the Sussex & Area Senior’s Center. He enjoyed bowling, checkers, dancing, antique cars, and playing games with Kathleen & Lauren. He also enjoyed playing cards and fishing with Roger. He is survived by his loving wife, Ethel Jeffrey (nee Kyle); daughter, Tracey Reynolds (Kim) of Hampton; sons: Curtis (MaryAnne) Jeffrey of Dawson Creek, B.C., and Scott Jeffrey (Andrea Fiander) of Bloomfield, their mother Jane Jeffrey, of Sussex; daughter-in-law, Tammy Jeffrey of Titusville; step-daughters: Debra (Robin) Campbell of Hampton, Mary Beth Taylor (Kerry Nutter) of Welsford, and Deanna (Stewart) Hallett of Darlings Island; step-sons: Richard Taylor (Joanne) of Hampton, Bruce Taylor (Susan) of Dryden, O.N., and David Taylor (Gwen Saunders) of Hampton; sisters: Elaine Loker of Stockton, CA, Joan Sewell of Waterborough, and Grace Branscombe (Don) of San Jose, CA; Brother, Phillip Jeffrey of Norton; Grandchildren: Sarah, Brooke, Taylor, Reese, Michael, and Devin; several step-grandchildren and great step-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Earle was predeceased by his son, Randy Jeffrey; and grandson, Colby Reynolds. Visitation will be held on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Sussex Select Community Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Saturday March 17, 2012 at 2:00pm with Rev. Philip Griffin-Allwood presiding at the Hampton United Church.
