Norma was born on November 15, 1963 to Clarence and Muriel (Secord) Webster of Sussex Corner. She was a special person to many people. She was a daughter, a sister, a granddaughter, a friend, a wife and a mother. Family was extremely important to her including her extended family of friends and neighbors.
