The death of James “Jim” Edward Proctor of Milbrook occurred at the Sussex Health Centre on August 5, 2008. Jim was born at Kings County Memorial Hospital, Sussex on May 16, 1949 to Evelyn (Richardson) of Millbrook and the late Burton Proctor. He is survived by his mother, brother Ken (Rita) Proctor of Halifax. Jim retired early from CN Rail in Moncton in 1995 and moved to Millbrook to look after his mother. There he enjoyed cooking, gardening, photography, hiking and nature. He was a member of the NB Naturalist Society. The family will receive visitors at the Sussex Select Community Funeral Home, 21 Aiton Road Sussex (506-433-2133) on Friday from 6-8PM. The funeral service will be held on Saturday August 9, 2008 at 7:00PM in the funeral home chapel. Donations to the Cancer Society, NB Naturalist Society or St. Mark’s Anglican Church would be appreciated.
