Marjorie Elizabeth Stiles, 82, of Sussex, passed away at the Kiwanis Nursing Home on July 22, 2012. Born in Lower Millstream, she was a daughter of the late Harold and Mildred (nee Cripps) Holmes. Marjorie is survived by her loving husband, Donald Stiles; sons: Paul (Peggy) Stiles of Berwick and Mark (Sherry) Stiles of Calgary; grandchildren: Paul-Bradley, Mark-Jacob and Anna; step grandson, Chris Saunders; nephews: Blair and William Keirstead; as well as several cousins. Besides her parents, Marjorie was predeceased by her sister, Dorothy Hughes. She was a lifetime member of the Sussex Baptist Church, and also a long time member of the Eastern Star. Marjorie was exceedingly dedicated to her family, husband, children and grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, fishing, picking raspberries and also visits to Dicks Lake. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Sussex Select Community Funeral Home, 21 Aiton Road. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at 2:00pm with Rev. Dr. Leo Gallant presiding at the Sussex Baptist Church. Donations to the Sussex Baptist Church, Kiwanis Nursing Home or to the charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
