Obituary of Harold Malcolm Chambers
The death of Harold Malcolm Chambers of Picadilly occurred January 22, 2008 at the Saint John Regional Hospital at the age of 63. Born at Urney, NB a son of the late Norman and Annie (Dalling) Chambers. He is survived by his daughter Beth Toole (Trevor) of Oromocto, son Gregory Chambers of St. George, grandchildren; Terra Chambers of Sussex, Marissa Chambers of Saint John, Shelby Chambers of St. George, Joshua McFarlane of Sussex Corner, Katie McFarlane of Merritt, BC, sisters; Myrtle Chapman of Saint John, Ivy Carten of Urney, Marjorie Braman of Norton, Florence McArthur (Gordon) of Sussex and Alice Parlee (Paul) of Quispamsis, brothers; Charles Chambers of Keirsteadville Road and Russell Chambers (Annie)of Moncton and several nieces, nephews, cousins, friend and caregiver Lois Parlee of Picadilly. Harold was predeceased by his daughter-in-law Cheryl Chambers, sisters; Mary Braman, Lucy Chambers, Freda Parlee and Jean Polley and brother Lemuel. The family will receive visitors at the Sussex Select Community Funeral Home, 21 Aiton Road Sussex (506 433-2133) on Friday from 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held Saturday January 26, 2008 at 11AM in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Allen Tapley officiating. Interment will be at Trinity Cemetery in the spring. Donations made to the Oncology Unit of the Saint John Regional Hospital would be appreciated.
