The death of Marion Lorraine (Cooper) Polley of Sussex and formerly of Newtown, occurred at the Sussex Health Centre on June 5, 2005. Born at Saint John, she was a daughter of the late Hedley and Ethel (McCullum) Cooper. Marion was the wife of the late Charlie Polley who passed away in 2003. She is survived by her daughters Ann Coates (Ron) of Knightville Road and Faye Mills (David) of Martinon, NB, ten grandchildren; Heather Coates, Jeffrey Coates (Angie Flynn), Jennifer Hornbrook (Adam), Brent Coates (Lisa Towers), Julie Coates (Terry Adair), Jonathan Mills (Lucinda Dow), Jason Mills, Krista Mills, Justin Mills and Joshua Mills, five great grandchildren; Andrew, Ty and Haley Hornbrook and Jessica and Brittany Levesque, sisters Greta Kovachik and Mildred Graham, both of Sussex and several nieces and nephews. Marion was predeceased by sisters Joanne Kovachik and Myrna O'Hara and brother Ralph Cooper. The family will receive visitors at the Sussex Select Community Funeral Home, 21 Aiton Road Sussex (506-433-2133) on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday June 7, 2005 at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Mrs. Jeanette Cosman officiating. Interment will take place at Gosline Cemetery, Knightville. As expressions of sympathy donations made to the Smiths Creek United Church, the Kidney Foundation or the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
