Jeffries, Janice Marie, 54, of Sussex, passed away at the Sussex Health Centre on October 23, 2013. Born in Saint John, she was a daughter of Doreen Mott (Chris) of Sussex, and the late Walter Lee. Janice was a loving, outgoing woman, who enjoyed spending her free time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren. She is survived by her mother; her husband, James Jeffries of Sussex; her daughters: Stacey McFarlane (Cody) of Sussex Corner, and Amy Nelson (Jason) of Sussex; her son, Daniel Jeffries of Sussex; her sister, Sherry Lee (Jim) of Calgary; her grandchildren: Victoria, Hunter, Alexandra, Thatcher, and Georgia; as well as by many other extended family members and friends. Besides her father, Janice was predeceased by her daughter, Krista. Arrangements have been entrusted to the professional care of Sussex Select Community Funeral Home, 21 Aiton Rd., Sussex (506-433-2133) from where visitation will be held on Thursday October 24, 2013 from 2-4 & 6-9 pm; the funeral service will be held on Friday October 25, 2013 at 10:00 am in the Penobsquis Baptist Church with Pastor Neville Gosman presiding.
